This deliciously creamy dressing, or dip is simply amazing over salads, steamed veggies, or with crudités. This is Ranch dressing in the raw (and vegan) without the junk that comes with store bought dressings. My tangy-tasty upgraded version will make your tastebuds sing by transforming any salad or dish and is always served up at my table when we have guests come for dinner!
Raw Ranch Dressing (or Dip)
Ingredients
40g ¼ Cup Cashews, soaked 1 hour or more, rinsed
58g 4 Tbsps Extra Virgon Olive Oil
5g 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
44g 2 Tbsps White Miso
35g ½ Juice of 1 Lemon
4g 1 tsp Onion Powder
1g ½ Garlic Clove
115g / ½ Cup Filtered Water
- Optional:
1g 1 tsp Dried, or Fresh Dill
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until well integrated and creamy smooth.
Notes
- Storage: Stores well in the fridge for up to a week.
