Lemon Dill Aioli

This deliciously zingy lemon dill aioli is always a hit! We love this to dip our Breaded Zucchini Fries in. The flavors and creaminess work so well together. Enjoy!

  • 60g ¼ Cup Mayonnaise (I prefer to use Primal Kitchen avocado oil mayo)

  • 10g 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 2g 1 tsp Fresh Parsley, chopped

  • 2g ½ Lemon Zest (the zest of ½ a lemon)

  • 2g 1 tsp Fresh Dill, chopped (or ½ tsp dried dill)


  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley and dill until well combined.


  • Storage: Aioli keeps well in the fridge in an airtight sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
