This is a deliciously tangy, creamy and flavourful dressing that I love putting onto my salads to make them sing! It’s also wonderful as a dip with chopped up veggie crudités.

This is a super simple dressing that really packs a punch with flavor and makes salads crave-worthy. It’s ALL about the texture and dressing for me! I have also added in some extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) for brain health, as current scientific research on EVOO is very exciting, so I try and sneak this healthy super-fat in whenever I create salad dressings.
