As someone who lived for a couple of years in beautiful Napoli, Italy I fell in love with their people and their pizza culture! It has been a long time in the making to be able to be able to come anywhere near close the bubbling thin crust dough consistency of the gluten kind – until now. This has been a trial and error evolving recipe for so long and I am so happy to say that I nailed it and that my kids absolutely love it! Not only is this recipe gluten-free (of course!) it is also grain free and dairy free!
My kids prefer a pizza marinara with my homemade pizza sauce and grass-fed cheese, but as for the huz and I we prefer my chili garlic prawn pizza and it has become our most favorite pizza hands down ever that we look forward to on a Friday or Saturday night!
My pizza crust freezes perfectly and is just the best for those nights you don’t want to cook and need something quick and easy. My marinara sauce is super quick and easy and requires zero cooking with the most delicious flavor – I love simplicity!You can top my pizza with whatever your little heart desires, but here are our kids and our favs! x
